If you gave the officer your email at the time of the report, you will get a copy sent to you when the case is assigned. You can also visit CMPD HQ or any division office in person to pick up a copy of the report. Some reports tied to sensitive cases will only be released in person.

DUI Laws Affecting Charlotte Cases
North Carolina uses the term DWI rather than DUI. Under G.S. 20-138.1, it is illegal to drive on any road in the state while under the influence of an impairing substance.
